My experience was top tier! I celebrated my 40th birthday and the experience was phenomenal from the time we walked in the door to getting our food, dessert, and drinks! Our waitress, Erica, was excellent! Her attention to making sure we were taken care of was great! The assistant general manager David was great as well! He made sure this was a great experience for my birthday and I will definitely be back!

Co-workers raved about this Steakhouse, so we came for our Anniversary outing. The atmosphere is a vibe. Nice decor, very modern. Great service, our waitress was amazing and knowledgeable. The food and drinks were really good. It is a little pricey but overall a great place.

Disappointing Mother’s Day Brunch at STK Charlotte I had high hopes for STK Charlotte’s Mother’s Day brunch, but unfortunately, it was nothing short of a disaster. Despite having a reservation, we weren’t seated until an hour after our scheduled time—setting the tone for what would be an incredibly frustrating experience. Once seated, the service was painfully slow, with food taking forever to arrive. And when it finally did, it was shockingly bad. Everything tasted like store-bought, frozen food, lacking any freshness or quality. Honestly, even Waffle House would have been a better choice. To make matters worse, the entire meal dragged on for over two hours due to the sluggish service. For a party of three adults and a three-year-old, the bill came out to over $300—an outrageous price for such a disappointing brunch. The food was so bad that we didn’t even bother taking our leftovers home—it simply wasn’t worth eating again. If you’re considering STK Charlotte for Mother’s Day brunch, save your money and your time. There are far better options in the city that won’t leave you feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Gigi made my first time to STK an experience that was so enjoyable. She was so kind and patient with me as I looked over the menu and recommended some great choices. The food was also amazing and the atmosphere was so fun and inviting. I’ll definitely be back!

All I can say is I had a great time here! Me and my partner had a reservation a little late less than 30 minutes before they closed. The person I asume was the manager he was great, really respectful, our waiter was very nice, when he probably was tired after a long day he gave us the best service. Definitely will ask for him the next time. My overall experience was 5 stars so if you’re looking for a great place, good food and nice atmosphere to have dinner this is the way to go, I highly recommend it.
